We have personal training options available upon request.
We offer 1-1 and up to 1-5 for personal training sessions.
Our trainers are certified and each provides a different twist to their workouts.

TEENER CROSSFIT
Keeping kids active is important. Our teener class ages range from 8-14. The class is from 4:00pm to 4:45pm on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The kids do exactly what a normal class does but with no weight. We incorporate games and show that exercise can be fun!
